2. Complete the applicant's personal details section. Enter your surname, first name, initials, sex, date of birth, nationality, home district, traditional authority, village, and contact address. Ensure all entries are made in block letters.
3. Provide your mobile telephone number, any other telephone number, and your email address in the designated fields.
4. Fill in the academic details section by arranging your qualifications in order of merit. Include the qualification type, center and examination numbers, subjects, grades/points, and the year of completion.
5. In the selection of programs of study section, indicate your programs of choice by inserting the serial numbers into the appropriate boxes in order of priority.
6. Ensure to include the non-refundable admission application fee payment information as required. Mention the payment amount, which is K8,000 for Malawian applicants or US$150 for non-Malawian applicants.
7. Complete the checklist by confirming that you have attached a certified copy of your MSCE certificate or equivalent, proof of payment of the application fee, and proof of ability to pay fees.
8. Certify the accuracy of the information you provided by signing and dating the application. Include your place of signing.
9. Submit your completed application form by post or deliver it by hand to the Mzuzu University Registry. Note that applications sent by email or fax will not be accepted.
