- In the Environmental Management section, indicate if you have an environmental management system. If yes, provide a copy of the certificate. If not implemented yet but planned, specify the intended implementation.
- Respond to questions 23 to 31 regarding your efforts and systems for environmental protection, including any goals and periodic examinations.
- Finally, make sure to fill in the contact person for questions, location, date, and affix your signature along with your position in the company.
