For any traveler who has traveled outside of New York for more than 24 hours, such traveler must seek testing prior to departure from that state, within 72 hours of departure, prior to arrival in New York.

Results take about 24 hours for antibody testing at NYC Health + Hospitals and the Gotham Community Health Center sites.

You can now make an appointment for a free rapid COVID-19 virus test at the Health Department's COVID Express sites throughout the city.

Under the new guidelines, individuals exposed to COVID-19 can end their quarantine after 10 days without a testing requirement as long as no symptoms have been reported during the quarantine period.
