Sign in to the Creative Cloud website. In the side navigation, click Deleted. Select the files you want to remove permanently from the cloud, and then click Permanently delete. In the confirmation pop-up window, click Delete Permanently to permanently delete your files.

Click the Office button. Move the mouse pointer over the arrow next to the Save As button and select PDF or XPS. Type a name for the PDF in the File Name box or select one from the list of files. Choose PDF in the Save as type drop down list.

Where are my cloud documents stored? Your cloud documents are stored in Creative Cloud. You can easily access them from your app, on the web, or from the Creative Cloud desktop app. From the app: On the Home screen, select either Your Files or Files > Your files.
