Add a new radio button with the same group name as the button you want to uncheck. Select the new button. Thhis should uncheck the original button. Delete the radio button you just added.

Radio buttons are meant to be used in groups, as defined by their sharing the same name attribute.If you want a single button that can be checked or unchecked, use a checkbox.
