Files that you upload in a one-on-one or group chat are stored in your OneDrive for Business folder and are shared only with the people in that conversation. You can access them from the Files tab in the chat, the Files page in Teams, and your OneDrive mobile app.

Select More options next to your profile picture at the top of Teams and then select Settings. Select Captions and transcripts on the left and then select the Automatically identify me in meeting captions and transcripts toggle to turn off the option.

The transcription is stored together with the meeting recording in OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online cloud storage. Reference the Teams cloud meeting recordings documentation from Microsoft for more details. After the meeting ends, the transcription is available when opening the original meeting.

Transcript editing is only available for recordings that were saved in Microsoft Stream. If your Teams org has already chosen to save recordings to OneDrive and SharePoint, this option will not yet be available. However, you will still be able to delete a recording.

In the left pane, click Manage your credentials. Click the windows credentials. Remove teams account credential. In addition, you can also try to remove your work account from your computer.

Edit the transcript for your video in Microsoft Stream (Classic) In the transcript window, click Edit. When you're in edit mode, you can select one segment at a time for editing. There are two buttons that appear next to the active segment.After you're finished with your edits, click Done.

To trim the video, edit details, and change permissions, from within the Teams channel on the Posts tab, find the desired meeting video, click the More options menu, and choose Open in Microsoft Stream. To trim the video beginning or end, from the More actions menu, select Trim video.
