Insert a new row above the top row of the new table. copy the header row of the first table....From the Home Ribbon, Choose Paragraph (click drop-down icon in bottom right corner to bring up the Paragraph dialog box) Choose the Line and Page Breaks tab. Select the "Page Break Before" check box (make sure it is checked).

Right-click in the table and click Table Properties. In the Properties dialog, go to the Rows tab. Set the height of each row to the desired value, and select "Exactly" in the dropdown. Use the Next Row button to work your way through the rows.

Keeping Tables on One Page Select all the rows in the table. Choose Format Paragraph. Word displays the Paragraph dialog box. Make sure the Line and Page Breaks tab is selected. (See Figure 1.) Make sure the Keep Lines Together check box is selected. Click on OK.
