Categorize Number Form For Free

In the Organize sidebar, click the Sort tab. Click the pop-up menu in the sidebar and choose Sort Entire Table or Sort Selected Rows. Click Add a Column. Choose a column to sort by, then click the pop-up menu in the rule and choose Ascending or Descending.

Rename a categoryClick the source column cell that contains the category name you want to change. Note: The summary row label containing the category name can't be edited.Type a new name, then press Return.

Select a cell next to the numbers you want to sum, click AutoSum on the Home tab, press Enter, and you're done.
