Assign Conditional Field Notification For Free

With Airtable forms, you can capture data anytime and even add conditional logic to show only the most relevant fields to your user.

If you want the user to be redirected to another location such as an external site upon submitting the form, you may set the Redirect option. To do so, select Redirect as the Confirmation Type, and enter the full URL that you want the user to be redirected to in the Redirect URL field.

Conditional form fields allow you to show fields in a form view based on the form submitter's values for previous fields. Fields with conditions are hidden until those conditions are met, meaning that those filling out your form will not be presented with unnecessary fields so they can complete the form more quickly.

Go to the form settings page and click on the ?Notifications? tab on the left. Next, edit your existing notification or create a new one. After writing your notification message, scroll down to the bottom of the page where it says ?Conditional Logic? and check the box to enable it.

Conditional logic for new confirmations cannot be turned off. If you need a confirmation without conditional logic, edit the Default Confirmation instead of creating a new one.

The easiest way to dynamically populate form fields is by using the GF Populate Anything perk. It lets you populate any choice-based field or value field with dynamic, filterable data. Enable either Populate Choices Dynamically or Populate Value Dynamically for a form field in the Gravity Forms form editor.

Send Emails with Google Forms? Select the Process specific form responses option and add a condition to only process responses that have a customer rating greater than 2 (only values of 3 and 4 will be processed). Click the Continue button and then choose Send Email from the list of available tasks.
