Insert a page breakOpen the report in Design view.On the Design tab, in the Controls group, click Insert Page Break.Click the location where you want to place the page break control. Access indicates the page break with a short line on the left edge of the report.

Move a page breakOn the View menu, click Normal.Rest the pointer on the page break line until the pointer changes to a. , and then drag the page break line to a new location. Note: When you move an automatic page break, it changes to a manual page break. Manual page breaks are not adjusted automatically.

Page Breaks are most often used before the start of a new chapter (such as before the text of Chapter 2 begins). Page Breaks also continue the same formatting and are within the same section of the document.

Go to Layout > Breaks > Page.Click or tap in the document where you want a page break.Go to Insert > Page Break.

To print only selected pages of the report, select Pages and set the range. For example, to print just page 5 of a report, type 5 in both the From and the To boxes.To print just one page of your report, set both the From and To fields to the same page number.
