Description

The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 resulted from bribery of foreign government officials by Lockheed Aircraft Company. This Act is designed to prevent the bribing of foreign officials in order to obtain foreign government contracts. Payments to foreign officials for “facilitation,” often referred to as grease payments, are not prohibited under FCPA so long as these payments are made only to get officials to do their normal jobs that they might not do, or would do slowly, without some payment. These payments can be made only to secure a permit or license; obtain paper processing; secure police protection; provide phone, water, or power supply; or similar such actions.

Humane traps, or box traps, are an effective means of capturing certain dogs and cats that won't allow humans to approach. Three Retrievers Lost Pet Rescue has trapped hundreds of cats and dogs in Tru-Catch humane traps without a single significant injury.

We provide Coyote Trapping and Removal services from Arizona Wildlife Control, (602) 618-0284. Coyotes are a canine species (like Wolves & Dogs) and are known to hunt/scavenge in packs. How many times have you heard reports of coyotes attacking pets or small children lately?

Furbearers are often trapped rather than hunted and include badger, beaver, muskrat, raccoon, otter, ringtail, and weasel. The only mammals that can be killed or harassed in Arizona without a permit are rock squirrels, gophers, and packrats. Some gardeners shoot first and ask questions later.

A valid Arizona license is required for taking wildlife (including fish) in Arizona. The licensee shall carry the license when participating in hunting or fishing or other form of take.
