The California Property Tax Assistance Program If you are a California resident 62 or over, are a low-income resident, and/or have qualifying disabilities, you may be able to apply for cash assistance from the state for property taxes.

The Form 571L or 571A constitutes an official request that you declare all assessable business property situated in this county which you owned, claimed, possessed, controlled or managed on the tax lien date.
