Get Town Of Babylon Handicap Parking Permit Renewal 2020-2024

The City permit is valid until the expiration date printed on the permit. Approximately six weeks before the scheduled expiration date, you will receive your renewal form. Your permit will be renewed unless your condition requires a medical re-examination.

The nearest place you can go to get a handicap parking permit in-person will be either your local Department of Motor Vehicles office or your local tax collector's office.

Placards Issued in Texas Travelers with a disability placard issued in Texas may use their parking placard in most other US states.

The placards and license plates are issued by local county tax assessor-collectors.

Residents with online accounts can purchase the Town of Babylon Beach Permit online from February 21th to April 21st! (Permits will begin being mailed in April.) Visit .townofbabylon.com/parks to purchase online.

Permanent placards are issued at no fee. Temporary placards are issued for fee of $5.

Submit a copy of the original application, along with the new application to your county tax office. If you do not have a copy of your application, you may also submit your expiring placard(s) to your county tax office.

Permanent placards are renewed in March and September each year. You will be mailed a renewal form approximately 60 days prior to its expiration. If you do not receive a renewal application, you should complete Form MV-145A, “Persons with Disability Parking Placard Application.”
