Easy Use Guide - Airslate Legal Forms

Finding and downloading forms on U.S.Legal Forms, Inc. is very easy.

First, locate the form you need by browsing the home page. Many people start by using the Special Areas page, which lists many form areas, or Searching the Database.

Second, if you want the download (electronic) version of the form, click on the DOWNLOAD icon.  If you want the form MAILED by regular mail and the regular mail option is available for the particular form you found, click on the ORDER icon.  These icons are located to the right of the price of the form.  This will add the form to your shopping cart.

Third, continue shopping to add more forms by using your back button or the return links, or click on the "Submit this Order on the Secure Server" button at the bottom of the shopping cart. Complete the secure order form and click "Process my Order - Secure". This will take you to the download page where the available formats of the form will be listed.

Fourth, right click on the desired format of the form and save to your hard drive. Then, open the form, edit, complete and print.
Note:  If you have problems with the download page, check your e-mail.  We send an e-mail with links to download the forms you ordered.

Fifth, don't worry if you have problems. Simply contact customer service.

Quick Steps for the Checkout Process Easyapply Buttons


Step one: Locate the form you desire to download
Step two: Click on the Download or Order Icon.
Step three: The form is added to your shopping cart
Step four: Continue shopping or check out.
Step five: When you are ready to check out click the button titled "Submit this Order on the Secure Server"
Step six: Complete the information and click "Process my Order Secure"
Step seven: Click on the "Download the form in Word, text or Wordperfect link."

Note: After you click on the "download the form" link the form will download. Depending on how your computer is configured, your word processor will either open and display the form or you will be prompted to save file as. In either case, be sure to save the form to a location on your hard drive where you can locate the form later.

Order/Download Procedures Easyuse

Users may generally order/download forms using one of the following procedures:

  1. Regular Users - As a regular user you may locate the form you desire, click on the download or order icon, complete the secure order form and obtain the form.
  2. Registered Users - As a Registered User you may order and download forms using a username and password. To join as a registered user you place your contact information and credit card information in the USLF Registered User system.
  3. Fax Orders - You may order forms by fax. To use the fax procedure use the Regular User procedure and simply print and fax rather than submitting the secure order form or use the fax order form. The fax number is 1-(601)-825-2102.
  4. Phone Orders - You may also order by phone toll free 1- (877) 389-0141. Phone orders are taken Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Central Standard Time.
  5. Mail Orders - You may also order by mail with payment by check, money order or credit card. See Mail Orders.

Payment Methods: The following methods of payment are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, E-Check by phone, Regular Check by mail and Paypal.

To use the E-Check method please follow this procedure:

  1. Locate the form you desire.
  2. Call toll free 1- (877) 389-0141, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Central Standard Time.
