Virginia Chapter 13 Motion to Dismiss

Several forms are provided under this heading. 1) Debtor's Motion to Dismiss (without Prejudice) a Chapter 13 filing because the case was not previously converted under sections 706 or 1112 of the Bankruptcy Code. 2) Notice of Motion, filed with the Court and sent to the Trustee and all affected parties, advising that they could be affected by the Motion and have the right to object. 3) proposed Order of Dismissal. A cover letter to the Court is also enclosed.
