Virginia Notice to Mechanic Lien Agent and Owner

This is a form that may be completed by a subcontractor and provided to an owner or owner's agent either prior to commencement of work or within thirty days of commencement of work. It is intended to put the owner or agent on notice of work being performed and value of work and of possible liability should a lien be necessary for failure to pay the amount due and owing.
