DescriptionIn order for a person to perfect a lien for leased or rented equipment, the owner of the leased or rented equipment must have given notice in writing to the owner of the real property of the fact that the equipment is in fact leased or rented. Such notice will be delivered to the owner or the owner's designated representative within five (5) days after the leased or rented equipment is first used on the subject property, and such notice shall include that a lien may be filed on said property. | |||||||||||||||||
