DescriptionA party which furnishes labor and/or materials to a subcontractor must make additional provisions in order to be entitled to a lien. First, a notice must be provided to the primary contractor advising of the name, address, and telephone number of the party furnishing to the subcontractor, and the name of the subcontractor.
