Q: Do I have to be a member to get the forms?
A: No. To order the form, just click on the "download" or "order"
button to the right of the price of the form to place your order.

Q: What are the benefits of being a member?
A: The only benefit to being a registered user is convenience. There are no price
differences and it does not cost to be a member. When you sign up, you will put

A: Download is where you download the form to your computer. Hard Copy is where we
print the form out on bond paper and mail it to you by regular mail.

Q: What happens if I have problems downloading my form?
A: Check your email. There is an automatic email sent to the email address you put
on your order. This email will contain links to try and download the form again if you have
problems the first time. If you still have problems, you can either call us or reply to the
email and let us know you were still unable to get the form. We will then send it to you as
an attachment to the email.

DOS Programs
If your office uses any version of Wordperfect for DOS and we understand that there are attorneys that do just that, you may still order and use forms from U.S. Legal Forms.
Here are your options:
- Download the Plain Text version of the form. This will require you to re-format the file with Wordperfect and is not the best option.
- Download the file in Rich Text Format and open the file on a computer that does run Wordperfect for Windows or Microsoft Word and save as Wordperfect for DOS.
- Send us an E-Mail that you need the form in Wordperfect for DOS and we will E-Mail it to you.
