Marketing Specialist
Duties will consist of one or more of the following:
- Responsbile for email marketing efforts and building customer retention.
- Expand online marketing efforts by exploring online marketing opportunities, testing and implementing online marketing efforts.
- Log Files Reports - Reviewing and analyzing log files to assist increase conversion rate, partner sales, AB testing, page performance, etc. Organize data as needed to assist marketing efforts.
- Analytics - Reviewing and analyzing analytics data similar to the log file analysis but including data not available in the log files. Organize and report data as needed to assist marketing efforts.
- Internal Data and Reports - Assist marketing staff, production and others with analysis and use of internal reports
including sales by channel, sales by state, sales by city, ppc sales tied to particular engine and keyword, form sales by form, price changes results, new forms sales results, completed samples sales results, package sales results, preparation services sales results, internal search engine search terms, conversion rate, average order size, orders per day/month, etc. Compile and analyze customer feedback and comments.
- Assist with expansion on partner relationships, obtain new partners, etc.
- Analyze web search rankings and report changes.
Experience
- Experience in Internet Marketing and Email marketing experience a plus
