Arizona Five Day Notice to Pay or Quit Prior to Eviction

Five Day Notice to Pay or Quit: This notice is used by a Landlord, notifying the Tenant that he/ she has 5 days to either pay their entire debt completely, or they will be evicted. The notice further states, that he/ she may leave within those 5 days. However, even if they opt to leave the premises; they are still liable for the amount in arrears.
