Alabama Affidavit For Disposition of Small Bank Account of Decedent

This affidavit to transfer the decedent's small bank account to another's care or possession is used when the decedent did not have Letters Testamentary nor Letters of Administration issued nor a Personal Representative appointed by any court, nor any proceeding pending in any court which would have jurisdiction over the administration of the estate or the probate of the will and do not plan to have the will probated.
