Alabama Stock Restrictive Agreement

This agreement is between a corporation and stockholders who own outstanding capital stock in the corporation. The document states that while the agreement is in effect, no stockholder shall have the right to assign, encumber, or dispose of his/her stock except as provided in the agreement. Upon the death of a stockholder, his/her estate shall sell to the corporation all shares of stock owned by the stockholder at the time of death.
