Alabama Probate Judge's Letter to Doctor

This letter is sent by the probate judge to the Doctor that has been appointed to examine the above named party who is alleged to be incapacitated for such reasons as mental illness, mental deficiency, or physical or mental infirmities. The letter requests that the Doctor render unto this Court, on or before the above date set for hearing, a written report of his findings and recommendations.
