DescriptionThis Notice to Quit form is for use by Landlord in order to terminate the Lease Agreement when Tenant has breached the Lease. Tenant is given an opportunity to cure the breach by taking action described by the Landlord in the Notice. A deadline to cure is stated, and if the Tenant fails to cure the breach to the Landlord's satisfaction by the deadline, a date is also given upon which the Tenant must vacate ("quit") the premises. As per the statute (please see the Law Summary), the Landlord is to decide on these deadlines, but they should be reasonable if Landlord expects the Tenant to be able to successfully cure the breach. | |||||||||||||||||
