DescriptionThis Claim of Lien form is used by a claimant to officialy record a construction lien. If the owner files a Notice of Completion, the claim form must be filed within ninety (90) days after the completion of the construction contract or within ninety (90) days after the lien claimant ceases to furnish labor, material, services, or equipment.
